You have always a legal right to lodge a complaint regarding our practices to the national Data Protection Authority (DPA) or directly access the judicial system. We always before filing a complaint suggest contacting our privacy team to ensure that all steps from our end have been taken to ensure that we fulfil your legal rights. We hope that the DPA and judicial system will be the last resort to solve data protection related issues. We always aim to be proactive and ensure that such a situation would not arise where you need to file a complaint.

DPA’s may have additional guidelines or instructions on how to file a complaint and we suggest first reading through them. The DPA to be contacted depends on the region you reside. Therefore we are unable to exactly on this page determine which DPA to get in touch with. As our company is incorporated in Finland you may always reach the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
